ARNOLD & CO. JEWELLERS COMPETITION TERMS:
• The Competition Period: The period runs from 12:00 AM on Friday, June 7, 2024, until 5:00 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024.
• Details of how to enter: To enter the Competition, an entrant must register on https://arnoldcojewellers.com.au/, where a sign-up opt-in box will appear during the Competition Period. Applicants must enter a name and a valid email to complete their entry. Limit: one (1) entry per person during the Competition Period.
• Prize Details: There is one (1) prize available to be won. The winner will receive a A$3,000AUD credit to shop at Arnold & Co. Jewellers in-store or online.
• Date of Selection: The winner will be selected by random draw at 5:00 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024, using the Google Random Name Picker Wheel from among all eligible entries received during the Competition Period. The process of selecting the winner will be video recorded. Location: Canberra Centre, Shop DF 12-13 Level 1/148 Bunda St, Canberra.
The winner will be notified by provided email and announced on Facebook and Instagram.

THESE OFFICIAL RULES ARE APPLICABLE TO THE CONTESTS, COMPETITIONS, PRIZE DRAWS AND GIVEAWAYS ADMINISTERED BY ARNOLD & CO. JEWELLERS.
1. BY ENTERING THE COMPETITION, THE ENTRANT CONFIRMS THAT HE/SHE IS ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE COMPETITION AND TO CLAIM ANY PRIZE HE/SHE MAY BE ENTITLED TO AND THAT HE/SHE AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
2. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS COMPETITION.
3. NO CASH REDEMPTIONS, ONLY FOR PURCHASE(S) FROM ARNOLD & CO. JEWELLERS ONLINE OR IN-STORE.
4. NO TIME LIMITS FOR PURCHASES APPLY.
5. Competition Period
a. The Competition runs for the period of the relevant Competition as described in the Competition Particulars ("the Competition Period: from 12:00 AM on Friday, June 7, 2024, until 5:00 PM on Friday, October 11, 2024"). Entries to the Competition must be received within the Competition period.
6. Eligibility
a. The Competition is open to all Australian residents who have and provided a valid email address.
b. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Arnold & Co. Jewellers, its distributors, sales representatives, suppliers, and members of the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children, and spouses, regardless of where they live) and households (whether or not related) of such employees, officers, and directors are excluded from eligibility.
c. There is a limit of one entry per entrant and one entrant per household.
7. How to Enter
a. In Order to enter a Competition, an entrant must follow the instructions associated with the specific Competition described in the Competition Particulars.
b. Entries and/or other material of information submitted in connection with the Competition entry become the sole property of the Arnold & Co. Jewellers and will not be returned for any reason.
c. Entries will be disqualified if they are submitted late, illegible, incomplete, or damaged.
8. Prize
a. A$3,000AUD credit to be won in the Competition are set out in the Competition Particulars.
b. The Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be redeemed for cash or otherwise.
c. Arnold & Co. Jewellers will not replace lost, damaged or stolen Prize.
9. Wining process and announcement
a. Arnold & Co. Jewellers will identify a winning entrant by a random draw to be conducted at Arnold & Co. Jewellers.

11. Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, slogans and representations relating to the Competition, is owned by Arnold & Co. Jewellers. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property of Arnold & Co. Jewellers without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.
12. Social Media
a. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social media platforms on which the Competition may have been promoted and/or publicized, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok or Instagram. Any personal information provided in connection with the Competition is being provided to Arnold & Co. Jewellers and not to any such social media platform(s). Any questions or comments regarding the Competition must be directed to Arnold & Co. Jewellers and not to any of the social media platforms on which the Competition may have been advertised or administered.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
a. The Competitions shall be construed and evaluated, and together with these Official Rules, they shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Australia. You and Arnold & Co. Jewellers irrevocably consent that the courts of Australia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute that may arise in connection with these terms.
